# BrightDoor

> BrightDoor builds and runs websites for US realtors and loan officers, solo or as an office. You paste your links, add a logo and a photo, and BrightDoor builds a server-rendered site with your license, brokerage, and NMLS on every page. It also keeps leads in one inbox, writes weekly drafts you approve, and shows a simple visits graph.

## What BrightDoor does
- A site with home, about, contact, and a page for each area (realtors) or loan program (lenders).
- License, broker of record, Equal Housing, and NMLS lines in the footer of every page, from the customer's profile.
- Leads from the contact form in one inbox, with CSV export.
- Weekly drafts for Instagram, Facebook, email, and blog. Nothing posts until the owner approves it.
- Optional ad sets (Promote) for Google, Facebook, and Instagram that the owner approves and exports.
- Domains registered in the customer's name, or connected where they already are, with the site and email settings added for them.
- Gmail through Google Workspace's own sign-up (Google bills it), or step-by-step help for Microsoft 365.
- A site assistant that only repeats answers the owner approved.
- Payment, compare, and affordability calculators the visitor fills in.
- An llms.txt file on every customer site, and an MCP key so the owner can use ChatGPT or Grok with their own site.

## What BrightDoor does not do
- No MLS search on the regular plan; it comes with the broker plan, from the brokerage's own MLS feed. No rate tables. No loan application or credit pull.
- No silent posting. No text messages. No cash referral payouts.
- BrightDoor never sells or shares leads.
- Generated copy that states a rate, payment, or down payment cannot be approved or exported.
- BrightDoor is not legal advice. Customers are responsible for their ads and licenses.

## Pricing (USD, same for realtors and lenders)
- Setup: free.
- Plan: $149 a month for one person. Includes 12 drafts and 15 images a month and $8 of AI credit.
- Extra person: $79 a month. The first person is the plan.
- Ads: $99 a month, one per office. Replaces the plan limits: 40 drafts, 60 images, 8 clips, 4 ad sets a month, $35 AI credit.
- White glove: $999 once.
- Extra ad set: $29.
- Broker plan, for brokerages: $799 a month plus $15 per published agent site from 25 agents; $1,399 a month plus $9 per published agent site from 100 agents; $2,399 a month plus $7 per published agent site from 500 agents. The whole roster pays the rate its size sets, with a minimum of half the roster. Includes MLS search from the brokerage's own feeds, agent subdomains, agent rules and approvals, single sign-on, roster sync, and moving the old site over for free.
- Domains: A .com is $20 a year. Other endings, like .co or .net, are usually $30 a year. We show the exact price before you pick.
- Annual: 12 months of the monthly bill, paid once a year with 10% off (the plan $1,609.20/yr).
- No trial: you pay when you start the plan.
- AI past the credit: opt-in, billed at cost × 1.5, default cap $50 a month.
- Referrals: 15% off Base for 3 months for the new customer, $40 account credit for the referrer.
