About the same each month. BrightDoor is $149 a month and setup is free. iHouseweb adds a setup fee, and its price includes MLS search and a CRM.
Does BrightDoor have IDX like iHouseweb?
Not for one agent. MLS search comes with the broker plan, from the brokerage's own MLS feed. On the regular plan you can paste links to your listings.
Who makes changes to my site?
You do, in an editor built so the page never looks broken. White glove is $999 once, and we move your old site for you.
Is there a contract?
No. BrightDoor is month to month. Annual is 12 months paid once a year with 10% off.
