Compliance first
The lines your broker looks for.
Brokerage and broker of record in the footer.
Your license number, your brokerage, and your broker of record are on every page, from your profile, not from a model.
Equal Housing Opportunity.
The line and the mark are part of the template.
Fair housing checks on every draft.
Wording that steers by neighborhood, schools, or family status is flagged before it reaches an Approve button.
Your logo, with rights confirmed.
If we pulled a logo from your old site, it stays off the public page until you confirm you have the rights to it.
BrightDoor is not legal advice. You are responsible for your ads and your licenses.

My office
$79a month per seat
plus $149 a month for the broker
One office site with a page for every agent. The broker approves each name before it shows.
- The broker is the Base seat
- Office brand locks for every agent
- Agents edit their own page
An office of 10 pays $149 + 10 × $79 = $939 a month. Try the office calculator.
Honest about the edges
Not included, on purpose.
If one of these is a must, a specialist fits you better.
No IDX or MLS search
Listing links stand in for search. If search-the-MLS is your one must-have, a specialist fits better.
No bought leads
BrightDoor never sells or shares the people who message you.
No silent posting
You approve every post and every ad.
No cash for referrals
Referrals earn account credit, never cash.
Comparing options?
Plain notes on what each one is good at, and where BrightDoor fits instead.
Questions
Questions, answered.
Anything else, write to us from your preview. A person answers.
Can I use BrightDoor if my brokerage has its own site?
Yes. Your BrightDoor site names your brokerage and broker of record in the footer. Many agents run both.
Does BrightDoor include IDX?
Not on the regular plan yet. You can paste listing links today, and MLS search for every agent is the first stop on our roadmap at brightdoor.ai/roadmap.
Where do my leads go?
Every message lands in your BrightDoor inbox with the page it came from, and in your email. Export them any time.
My office already uses BrightDoor. What happens?
When you tell us the office name, we offer to join it. The broker approves you, and you get a page on the office site.
Can I show client reviews?
Yes. Send a request link, your client writes the review, and you choose which ones show. We never write or edit a review.
What does it cost?
Setup is free. The plan is $149 a month. An office pays $149 for the broker and $79 a month for each agent. Ads are $99 a month. White glove is $999 once.
Your preview is free
See your site before you pay for anything.
Paste your current site or your Instagram. Your areas, your brokerage, and your photo are ready to check in about a minute.
