For loan officers and mortgage offices

Your NMLS on every page. Your programs in plain words.

Paste your current site. BrightDoor finds your name, your NMLS, and the programs you actually offer, and builds a page for each one with a calculator the visitor fills in.

Your NMLS on the page, programs in plain language, ads you approve before they run. Not a loan application system.

Andre Walsh is a sample loan officer in Phoenix at Copper State Mortgage. His site is a real BrightDoor site.

Sound familiar?

What gets in the way today.

  • Today

Your company page does not say who you are.

    With BrightDoor

Your own site with your name, your NMLS, and only the programs you actually offer.

  • Today

Every post waits on a compliance review.

    With BrightDoor

Rate, APR, payment, and “guaranteed approval” wording is flagged before anything ships.

  • Today

Visitors want numbers you cannot publish.

    With BrightDoor

Calculators they fill in with their own numbers, with the disclaimer attached.

  • Today

Leads are spread across email and voicemail.

    With BrightDoor

Every message lands in one inbox, with the page it came from.

What you get

Built for how loan officers actually work.

Program pages, calculators, and ads that clear the checks, with the back office behind them.

  • Calculators

    Payment, compare, and affordability calculators.

The visitor types their own numbers. The disclaimer is attached and cannot be removed. BrightDoor never fills in a rate.
  • Programs

    A page for each program.

Purchase, refinance, VA, FHA: only the ones you offer, explained in plain words.
  • Marketing

Rate language is flagged before it ships.

If a draft or an ad states a rate, an APR, a payment, or guaranteed approval, it cannot be approved, copied, or exported until that text is gone.
  • Leads

    Every lead in one inbox.

With the program page or calculator they came from. Your application stays in the system you already use.
  • Reviews

    Reviews from real borrowers.

You approve what shows. A review that quotes a rate or payment is flagged and never shown.
  • Stats

    One simple graph.

Visits and the people who asked to talk. Nothing to decode.
  • Email

    Email on your own domain.

Records for Google or Microsoft, checked for you.

Also in every plan

  • Personal and company NMLS on every page
  • A site assistant that never quotes a rate
  • Ads you approve, with Promote
  • A team roster, each with their own NMLS
  • A map on your contact page
  • Social links on every page
  • Branded link previews for texts
  • QR codes for cards and flyers

Compliance first

The lines your compliance person looks for.

  • NMLS and company NMLS on every page.

From your compliance profile, never from a model. Publish stays off until your NMLS is in.

  • Equal Housing Lender.

The line and the mark are part of the lender template.

  • Not a commitment to lend.

Every lender footer says: This is not a commitment to lend or lock a rate.

  • Rates, APRs, payments, and approval promises stay out.

If a draft or an ad states one, it cannot be approved, copied, or exported until that text is gone.

BrightDoor is not legal advice. You are responsible for your ads and your licenses.

Plans

Just you, or your whole office.

Same app, same checks. Each extra loan officer is $79 a month.

Just me

$149a month

after $0 to start

Your own site with your NMLS and the company you work for, even if that company is not on BrightDoor.

  • Your site, leads, drafts, and stats
  • Your NMLS and company NMLS
  • Calculators with the disclaimer

My mortgage office

$79a month per seat

plus $149 a month for the broker

One office site with a roster. Each loan officer's page shows their own NMLS.

  • The broker is the Base seat
  • Office brand locks for everyone
  • No page publishes without its NMLS

An office of 10 pays $149 + 10 × $79 = $939 a month. Try the office calculator.

Honest about the edges

Not included, on purpose.

If one of these is a must, a specialist fits you better.

  • No loan application or 1003

Your application stays in the system you already use.

  • No credit pull

    BrightDoor never touches credit.

  • No rate tables

We do not publish rates. Visitors type their own numbers into the calculator.

  • No silent posting

You approve every post and every ad.

Plain notes on what each one is good at, and where BrightDoor fits instead.

Questions

Questions, answered.

Anything else, write to us from your preview. A person answers.

Will my NMLS show on every page?

Yes. Your NMLS and your company NMLS are in the footer of every page, next to the Equal Housing Lender line.

Can BrightDoor post rates for me?

No. BrightDoor does not publish rates, and generated copy that states one is flagged before you can use it.

Is this a loan application system?

No. Visitors send a message. Your application stays where it is today.

What happens if a draft says guaranteed approval?

It is flagged. The draft cannot be approved, copied, or exported until that sentence is changed.

Can I show borrower reviews?

Yes. You request them and approve which ones show. A review that quotes a rate or a payment is flagged and never shown.

What does it cost?

Setup is free. The plan is $149 a month. An office pays $149 for the broker and $79 a month for each loan officer. Ads are $99 a month. White glove is $999 once.
