You are responsible for your ads and your licenses

BrightDoor puts your license, brokerage, NMLS, and disclosure lines on your site, and it checks generated copy for wording that is often a problem. That is a tool, not a review. You decide what to publish and what to run. You are responsible for your site, your ads, and keeping your licenses current and accurate.

BrightDoor is not legal advice

Nothing in BrightDoor, including a flag, a missing flag, or a disclosure line, is legal advice or a statement that an ad is allowed. Ask your broker, your compliance person, or a lawyer when you are unsure.

Your content

• You keep ownership of what you give us and what you approve.
• You confirm you have the rights to any logo, photo, or text you publish. A logo we pulled from another site stays off your public page until you confirm that.
• Testimonials and statistics on your site must be real, and typed by you.
• We may remove content that someone reports as infringing. See our DMCA page.

Nothing posts without you

BrightDoor drafts posts and ads. It does not post or run anything until you approve it. If you connect an ad account, you pay the ad network directly for spend.

Billing

• Setup is free. The plan is $149 a month. Each extra person is $79 a month. Ads are $99 a month. White glove is $999 once.
• You pay when you start your plan. Monthly plans renew each month; annual plans are 12 months paid once a year with 10% off.
• AI use past your monthly credit is only billed if you turn it on, and never past the cap you set.
• If a payment fails, your site stays up for 7 days. After that it shows a holding page until you pay and publish again.
• Referral rewards are account credit, never cash.

What we do not provide

BrightDoor does not sell domains, mailboxes, or leads, and is not a loan application system. MLS search is offered only on the broker plan, from the brokerage’s own MLS feed and under that MLS’s rules.
